Dream Cities: Gearing Up
The promoters of US$20 billion Blue City raised finance of US$925
million for the development of the first stage of the project
whereas The Wave, to be built at an estimated cost of US$1 billion,
netted over US$100 million in the inaugural sales offer. More
projects with collective investments in billions of Riyals, expected
to go on floor soon, were announced in 2006.
